Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish tools and systems for occupational safety, food safety, food laboratory, product quality, and security for Catering and Sales
  • Perform reviews of the Certificates of Analysis to ensure that all test results of the delivered product are within specifications. Creates non-conformance report for rejected and products that do not meet specifications and discuss results with the manager.
  • Verify all generated food safety record and file in a timely manner and recommend corrective and preventative actions as necessary
  • Conduct product, water, environmental hygiene monitoring through microbiological laboratory tests and ensure that all materials used are in good condition, hygiene, maintained through the program.
  • Develop and propose revisions on food safety, and safety and laboratory manual.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably with a course of Food Technology, Biology, or Microbiology
  • Must have at least 2 years of work-related experience in the Airline Catering Industry or Quality Assurance in the food manufacturing industry
  • Must be knowledgeable with food safety, HALAL and HACCP certifications
